A 1-day workshop in Bridport: Saturday February 1, 2020

This is a chance to explore different ideas of what the soul is, and various ways to contact it. One aim is to see if soul contact can guide us in clarifying our life purpose or responding to challenges, and finding the joy in turbulent times.
The day will be a shared, experiential journey using a range of processes including guided meditation and creative work. It is not based on any particular belief system, but is a topic which the facilitators have explored for many years.
Alan Heeks: has been leading personal and spiritual development groups and retreats, for many years, drawing on a wide range of processes. See more at www.naturalhappiness.net
Linda Heeks: a trained spiritual healer and cranio-sacral therapist who has led meditation groups since 2008.
John Harley: wide experience of facilitating groups, with a special interest in art and creative work. He is a teacher, and Unitarian Minister.
Practicalities: From 10.00am to 4.30pm at the Chapel in the Garden, East Street, Bridport. Bring food to share for lunch.
